AbelCine has partnered with StyleShoots, the Dutch innovator in e-commerce studio automation, to provide support of their machines in the United States and Canada. AbelCine has expertise in cinematic imaging, integration, education, and tech support.
Installation
AbelCine's Integration team installs all StyleShoots machines. We work efficiently to ensure the machines are installed quickly and precisely, and configured according to your business needs. As part of this service, we integrate the system into your existing network so that your team can get to work as soon as possible with an enhanced workflow.
Onboarding
Once your StyleShoots machine is set up, we'll train your team on all aspects of the machine, including, using the iPad interface, taking photos/videos, and naming and exporting files.
Tech Support
StyleShoots machines are built to be rugged and reliable, but should any issues occur we are here to resolve them. We provide remote service either by scheduling a call or logging into the machine, so often no on-site visit is required.
